About the Artist
My official art education was at City of Bath College in 2000, when I studied for a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design.
I have been painting cows since 2002. It started with Spike and Rio. To my surprise, I had so many positive comments and people offering to buy them that I decided to paint a whole exhibition of cows for Somerset Art Week in 2004. To my astonishment, I sold the lot and so proved that there is demand from the cow-art-loving community.
My cow painting output is somewhat tempered by my two little children, but I grab every opportunity I can to get into the studio and enjoy the colours and textures I can create whilst developing the personality of the cow.
Before this website was running, I was selling prints on e-bay and now the cows can be found as far away as Germany, Louisiana, Nevada and New Zealand.
